ATSF eastbound train 581 with engines 510-103 and 49 cars on the south main at Melvern KS. The time is 2:30PM. The picture was looking west from the Highway 31 bridge. The track in the upper right hand part of the picture is the north main. Between Melvern on the east and Ridgeton on the west, the two main tracks diverge and follow separate grades.
